Your Standard Detail covers every visible surface and most touch surfaces — light fixtures, baseboards, switch plates, door handles, the things that quietly collect grime between visits. Your Deep Detail adds inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, window tracks, baseboards scrubbed instead of dusted, walls spot-cleaned, and a full hand-detail of bathrooms.

We clean from the ceiling fans down to the baseboards so dust falls onto surfaces still to be cleaned — not the other way around.

Kitchens & baths last
Wet rooms come at the end so disinfectants have full dwell time without re-contaminating from dustier areas.

Final walk-through
We walk the job with you before leaving. Anything you want re-touched, we re-touch on the spot.

- Dust all reachable surfaces (furniture tops, shelves, picture frames, baseboards)
- Vacuum all carpet and rugs
- Mop hard floors with the correct cleaner for your surface (wood vs. tile vs. LVP)
- Kitchen: counters, stove top, exterior of appliances, sink, faucet, backsplash
- Kitchen: floor swept & mopped
- Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, mirrors, floors
- Empty all wastebaskets and re-line
- Make beds (linens left out by you = full change-over)
- Wipe interior windows on first floor (reachable height)
- Light fixture dusting (cobwebs)
- Switch plates and door handles disinfected
- Floor edges and corners detailed
What's Not Included
Transparency = trust
We tell you what is outside this scope so there are no surprises mid-job. Most of these can be added in the same visit — just ask.
- Inside oven, fridge, cabinets (included in Deep Detail)
- Exterior windows (we offer separate window cleaning)
- Laundry (we can fold/start a load on request if the visit allows)
- Anything in piles of personal mail, paperwork, or undisclosed valuables (we leave those untouched)
